Customer growth platform ChurnZero announced the release of Kit, a native AI assistant built for customer teams on October 20, 2026. The tool answers questions using account data, internal documentation, and company profiles.
What Kit Does
Kit draws on three sources to answer questions: account data in ChurnZero, internal Knowledge Sources like Confluence or Zendesk, and a company Customer Intelligence Profile. The assistant helps customer growth teams research accounts and handles queries about a single customer or an entire book of business.
Users can access Kit from the top bar on any ChurnZero screen, or use it within Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Workflow Automation and Controls
According to ChurnZero, users can turn a single question into automated tasks, drafted personalized outreach, or save account lists as dynamic segments to launch expansion plays. When drafting emails, Kit follows each user's AI Writing Profile to match their personal style.
Administrators manage access through existing permission groups so each user only sees data allowed by their current role and permissions. Administrators also decide which knowledge Kit uses, and team members review all outputs before they reach a customer.
