Insilico Medicine has announced the open-source release of Longevity Grok, a Personal Longevity Superintelligence system built for the Grok Bot platform. Developed in collaboration with Harvard Medical School researcher David Sinclair, the multi-agent AI tool is designed to unify personal health records and predict biomarker changes.

Personal health tracking and prediction

Insilico Medicine said Longevity Grok addresses severe health data fragmentation across lab panels, continuous glucose monitoring, wearables, epigenetic assays, and clinical records. Operating as a continuous 24/7 automated research loop, the system converts medical data into a standardized health trajectory.

The multi-agent architecture coordinates up to 30 specialized AI agents running within Grok Bot's environment. It standardizes heterogeneous medical records using clinical coding frameworks including LOINC, RxNorm, and UCUM.

Three operational roles and privacy model

According to Insilico Medicine, the system serves three complementary roles: a personal longevity assistant, a physician assistant providing structured longitudinal context, and a research partner for aging discovery. As a personal assistant, it generates auditable prediction cards detailing target biomarkers, confidence intervals, time horizons, and evidence grades for interventions.

Insilico Medicine stated that raw medical files and identifiable records remain stored strictly within the user's environment by default under a zero-trust model. Users may voluntarily opt in to contribute deidentified trajectories to Longevity Mothership via an anonymous relay equipped with an irrevocable kill switch.

Open-source availability and research context

Both the PLSI Client and Longevity Mothership backends are open-sourced on GitHub. Users can install the tool on Grok Bot by directing their bot to the repository at https://github.com/Insilico-org/plsi.

Insilico Medicine listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in December 2025 under stock code 03696.HK. The company stated that its pipeline candidate Rentosertib demonstrated biological age reversal in Phase IIa clinical data across six independent proteomic aging clocks.
