Expanding EMEA thermal capabilities
Vertiv said the acquisition extends its global thermal management capabilities into Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The company noted that the transaction builds on its established North American fluid management presence, including its 2025 acquisition of PurgeRite.
According to Vertiv Chief Executive Officer Giordano Albertazzi, as computing density increases, cooling infrastructure performance depends heavily on field execution alongside system design and engineering.

Vertiv said KES offers integrated services including design review, pipework flushing, water treatment, testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB), thermography, and thermal and electrical load testing to validate cooling infrastructure prior to live operation.
