The release features tools spanning the employee lifecycle, including Winston Screen and Winston Match to help recruiters narrow applicant pools and provide reportable visibility into AI-assisted decisions. SmartRecruiters integration adds agentic capabilities such as Winston Companion, Winston Interview, and the Interview Summary Agent.
Additionally, the Onboarding Assistant provides personalized, scalable onboarding through intelligent prioritization, simplified task creation, and automated custom form conversion.
Management, Payroll, and Development Tools
For payroll and operations, the Payroll Assistant helps administrators identify anomalies and resolve compliance issues while giving employees direct answers. The HR Operations Assistant proactively resolves data issues and streamlines position management, and the HR System Assistant aids administrators with audit readiness and compliance tracking.
The release also includes the Learning Assistant to connect compliance monitoring and upskilling, alongside the Career and Talent Development Assistant to help employees build personalized development plans and enable conversational talent discovery through Joule.
