Token offerings in the EU this week: 5 crypto-asset white papers were listed or updated in the European Securities and Markets Authority's interim MiCA register (register checked October 11, 2026).
Under the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), anyone offering a crypto-asset to the public in the EU, or seeking its admission to trading, must publish a white paper and notify a national regulator. Regulators do not approve these white papers: being listed means notified, not endorsed.

Data: ESMA interim MiCA register. “Register date” is the register’s own date for the entry (notification, decision or last update). Covers the EU only: most countries keep no public register of token offerings. White papers are written by the issuers and are not reviewed or approved by regulators.
