Amazon Web Services launched automated checks for Amazon Connect Customer on October 9, 2026, helping managers refine performance evaluation forms for artificial intelligence scoring.

Automated Form Checks

Amazon Web Services announced that Amazon Connect Customer now provides automated checks to improve performance evaluation forms. According to the company, the feature suggests changes to forms that are automatically filled by AI.

While setting up an evaluation form, managers can run an automated check that compares the form against best practices with a single click.

Context and Suggestions

Managers receive a list of evaluation questions missing context for AI to score reliably, along with suggestions to make them more specific. AWS stated that the check might flag questions like asking if an agent provided a sales disclosure and prompt managers to define exact requirements.

This helps managers automatically score human and AI agents fairly and accurately while spending less time refining evaluation forms.

Regional Availability

According to AWS, the feature is available in specific geographic regions. Supported locations include US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), Canada (Central), Europe (Frankfurt), Europe (London), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Sydney), and Asia Pacific (Tokyo).
