Oxide Computer Company announced on October 9, 2026, that it has raised a $445 million Series D funding round led by Eclipse. The financing will provide working capital to secure components and increase manufacturing capacity.

Funding and Profitability

Oxide announced its $445 million Series D financing led by Eclipse, with participation from existing investors US Innovative Technology Fund, Riot Ventures, and Jane Street. New investors Atreides Management and AMD Ventures also joined the round.

The company stated that it reached profitability earlier this year. According to Oxide, the funding will provide additional working capital to secure components, increase manufacturing, and serve customers amidst demand that exceeds current production capacity.

On-Premises Cloud Demand

Oxide reported that the rise of agentic AI has intensified demand for infrastructure supporting compute, memory, networking, and data-intensive workloads. Co-founder and CEO Steve Tuck stated that the company has scaled manufacturing capacity by 20x over the past 12 months.

The Oxide Cloud Computer is a rack-scale integrated system featuring purpose-built hardware and open-source software designed to bring the architectural model of the hyperscale cloud to an organization's own data center.
