On October 15, 2026, Greenhouse announced the launch of its Orchestrated Hiring Ecosystem to connect sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and applicant tracking in a single platform.

Addressing AI Hiring Challenges

Greenhouse stated that AI has negatively impacted the hiring process for both employers and job seekers. According to Greenhouse research, four in five job seekers use AI in their search, 86% of U.S. recruiters report that at least half of applications are AI-written, and fewer than 7% of applicants receive an interview.

Daniel Chait, CEO and co-founder of Greenhouse, stated that the hiring process has remained stuck in the past while working across a confusing jungle of job sites, resumes, and applicant tracking systems.

Ecosystem Features and Availability

The Orchestrated Hiring Ecosystem combines sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and applicant tracking alongside job seeker profiles on MyGreenhouse. Features include allowing job seekers to mark one application a month as a Dream Job, identity verification through Real Talent, and Voice AI for first interviews.

Greenhouse stated that sourcing in the platform is currently available to select customers in closed beta. The ecosystem builds on the May 2026 rollout of Voice AI Interviewing and the June 2025 launch of Real Talent.
