The analysis revealed a resurgence of frozen yogurt in New York, a global surge in matcha and earthy tea flavors, and high demand for crispy comfort foods like dosas and beignets.
The list details specific regional increases, such as a 320% year-over-year spike in froyo mentions in New York, an 84% jump in cinnamon bun mentions in Montréal, and an 82% increase in beef tallow mentions in Chicago.

The Fan-Favorite Dining List highlights the most-navigated-to dining spots in each city, such as Katz's Delicatessen in New York, Pequod's Pizza in Chicago, and Fallow in London, alongside top-reviewed budget-friendly options.
Google also highlighted three map features to help users find meals, including Ask Maps for voice or text searches and delivery ordering, the Explore tab for weekly dining lists, and community-driven insider tips.
