Cycurion, Inc. said on September 30, 2026 that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer L. Kevin Kelly discussed the company's largest contract award to date and its acquisition of Digital Ally's Video Solutions business in a featured interview with SmallCapVoice.com, Inc. The McLean, Virginia-based company disclosed the announcement in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The contract

According to the company, Kelly highlighted a previously announced $54.6 million, 10-year contract award, which Cycurion describes as the largest in its history. The company said the award was secured through a leading global consulting firm.

Cycurion said the contract supports the modernization and secure operation of a major state Health and Human Services system, is expected to generate more than $5 million in annual revenue, and that work is scheduled to commence in November 2026. The company did not name the state or the consulting firm.

"We believe this contract validates both the quality of our people and the evolution of Cycurion's strategic positioning in the market," Kelly said in the release, adding that the company is seeing increased demand for its specialized cyber capabilities.

Digital Ally acquisition

Cycurion said its acquisition of Digital Ally's Video Solutions business adds an established public safety technology portfolio, approximately $5.5 million in annual revenue, more than $1.2 million in EBITDA, an installed customer base of over 800 law enforcement agencies, and a portfolio of intellectual property assets.

Upon the closing, the company said, its pro forma gross revenue run rate stands at approximately $30 million.

Kelly said the transaction adds recurring revenue, attractive margins, valuable technology assets and cross-selling opportunities, and that combining public safety technologies with Cycurion's cybersecurity expertise could address needs of law enforcement, emergency services, transportation and critical infrastructure clients. These are the company's own projections and characterizations.

Strategy and caveats

The company said public safety continues to serve as a strategic foundation for broader expansion into federal government and commercial cybersecurity markets, while it pursues larger federal opportunities and builds new commercial offerings.

Kelly also said Cycurion plans to expand its offensive cybersecurity capabilities through new technologies designed to identify vulnerabilities before organizations are breached, describing these as investments in "next-generation capabilities."

The release carries an extensive forward-looking statements disclaimer. Risks listed by Cycurion include its ability to win, retain and perform under government and commercial contracts, its ability to identify, finance, complete and integrate acquisitions, its need for additional capital, and its ability to satisfy Nasdaq's continued listing requirements.

Cycurion describes itself as a provider of AI-enabled IT cybersecurity solutions, citing its AI-enhanced ARx platform and subsidiaries Axxum Technologies LLC, Cloudburst Security LLC and Cycurion Innovation, Inc.
